We take pride in creating high-quality custom photo magnets made especially for you. Because each item is personalized, we’re unable to offer refunds on custom orders.
That said, your satisfaction truly matters to us! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we’ve made an error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll gladly work with you to make things right—whether that means a replacement or another solution.

We begin working on your order as soon as it’s placed. U.S. orders only. Most custom magnets ship within 2 business days and typically arrive within a week (up to 10 days at most). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.
International orders will be available starting April 2026.
